| 1/13/12 Spirit and Dance Hello Cont-in-U Listeners, All characters appearing in this work are fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental. That said this month I have created two shows for you're listening pleasure. The first is called "Spirit" a show created from reminiscent times on my way to the Continental (You know when Thursday's really grooved, Becks served out of Garbage Cans) listening to some Canadian Radio station that provided the perfect primer for the night ahead... It was as though the two things were in sync, or that they played off each other in some cosmic way... Living in a boarder town of Canada we were privy to some pretty cool things like this unknown station; and of course, "The Polka Dot Door". The second is called "Dance". It is 60 straight minutes of Dance ranging from 115 bpm to 150 bpm. Bust the strobe light out of the basement; and position yourself in front of the full length mirror...
